Terms and Conditions

Perfectly Seated allows event hosts ("Hosts") to send digital invitations to guests ("Guests"), who can then choose their own seat for a wedding, party, or other event.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or event.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You must be 18 or older to create a Host account.

The Service is intended for users 18 and older. Hosts are responsible for ensuring that events, invitations, and guest lists comply with this requirement. Perfectly Seated does not independently verify the age of Guests and is not responsible for a Host inviting a Guest under the age of 18.

• Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event details, guest lists, and seating information they upload.
• Hosts are responsible for how they use guest data collected through the platform.
• We are not responsible for disputes between Hosts and Guests (e.g., seating conflicts, cancelled events).

• Guests may select seats only as permitted by the Host's event settings.
• Seat selection is on a first-come, first-served basis unless stated otherwise.
• We do not guarantee a specific seat will remain available until confirmed.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes.
• Upload false, offensive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

We collect limited personal information (such as names and email addresses) to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

We aim to keep Perfectly Seated up and running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Perfectly Seated provides a digital seating tool only. We do not organize, plan, supervise, staff, or attend any event, and we have no involvement in what happens at an event once it takes place. By using the Service, Hosts and Guests acknowledge and agree that:

• Perfectly Seated is not responsible for the planning, execution, safety, or outcome of any event.
• Perfectly Seated is not responsible for any disputes, conflicts, or incidents between Hosts and Guests, including those related to seating arrangements.
• All decisions regarding invitations, seating, and event logistics are made solely by the Host, who bears full responsibility for those decisions and their consequences.

Use of the Service does not create any obligation for Perfectly Seated to intervene in, mediate, or resolve issues arising at or from an event.

Perfectly Seated is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect damages, lost data, or issues arising from event planning, seating disputes, or third-party actions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
